IIBA 2017 will be held at 5 star Navigator of the Seas Cruise ship by Royal Caribbean Cruise company between April 9-14, 2017. Limited number of deeply discounted staterooms/cabins are reserved for IIBA 2017 conference. Staterooms/cabins reserved by IIBA 2017 include all taxes. Once your paper is accepted, please reserve your stateroom/cabin as soon as possible. If discounted staterooms are sold out, you may have to purchase your cruise for a higher prices. There is no need for a visa to visit Bahamas for the cruise travelers. But please check this one more time whether you will need a visa for Bahamas and Mexico from your local embassies. This is very important to know before booking cruise, and is everyone’s own responsibility to obtain the needed travel documentation.

As IIBA 2017, for your comfort, we are working with a very professional company which has particular expertise on cruising for many years. All conference delegates/presenters, their families, and guests must book their cruise within the IIBA 2017  through Continuing Education, Inc./University at Sea® at +1 727-526-1571.

A certificate of attendance for participants and an official receipt for paid registration will be provided onsite at the registration desk during the conference.

All conference attendees should pay both Conference Registration Fees and Cruise Fares in step (1) and (2) separately as shown below.

1- Conference Registration Cancellation:

There is a 250 USD fee on cancellations received prior to March 15, 2017. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after March 15, 2017. For cancellations please contact us.
